This clean Next.js website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. External services are only opened when you actively follow a link to a ticket shop, music platform, social network or YouTube.

Server Logs

The hosting provider may process technically necessary connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and browser information to deliver and secure the website.

Cookies

The public website itself does not set non-essential cookies. If this changes before launch, this notice and the consent handling must be updated accordingly.

If you subscribe to the AVEC newsletter, we process your email address and, if provided, your first name to send and manage the newsletter. We also process the submission time, your IP address and the version of the consent wording to document your consent. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We use a double-opt-in process: after submitting the form, you receive a neutral confirmation email and are only added to the newsletter list after clicking its confirmation link. We use Brevo, operated by Sendinblue SAS, France, as our email marketing processor. Further information is available in the Brevo privacy policy.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by emailing us. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Consent evidence is retained for three years after withdrawal; a minimal suppression record may be retained for as long as necessary to prevent further newsletter delivery.
